Welcome to Ticket Souk, operated by InnovateDigi Technologies Pte Ltd ("Ticket Souk"). Our platform connects you ("User") with a wide range of events and activities across Singapore, offering information, pricing, availability, and the ability to make reservations ("Services").

Ticket Souk functions as a facilitator, providing a platform for booking and payment processing of Tickets available on our Platform. Please note that Ticket Souk is not the actual seller of the tickets.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Services provided by Ticket Souk through our Platform. To access and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you need to obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using this Platform, you agree to adhere to these Terms. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

The following terms, used throughout these Terms, have specific meanings as outlined below:

• "Ticket" means a reservation or entry pass (whether in physical or digital form, as allowed by law) that grants access to an event or venue at a specified time and date.
• "Convenience Fee/Service Fee" is a charge imposed by Ticket Souk for facilitating the booking of a Ticket through the Platform.
• "Ticket Provider" refers to an event organizer that collaborates with Ticket Souk to offer Tickets on the Platform.
• "Privacy Policy" refers to our policy governing the collection and use of personal data, as displayed on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you may need to review and accept additional Terms of Service ("TOS") depending on the specific Services you choose to utilize.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, altering the fees for Services provided through the Platform. Any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these changes carefully. We will notify you of any changes by displaying a notice on the Platform's homepage. By continuing to use the Platform after such changes are posted, you agree to the amended Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that all information on the Platform is accurate, we do not guarantee its quality, accuracy, or completeness. We disclaim any express or implied warranties regarding the Platform and its contents. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or consequential, arising from the use of the information contained on the Platform.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Your inability to use the Services.
• The cost of obtaining substitute tickets or services, or any goods, information, or services purchased or obtained through the Services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any other issues related to the Services, including loss of use, data, or profits.

We are not responsible for the unavailability of the Platform during maintenance periods or for any unexpected suspension of access due to technical issues or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing Services due to Force Majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or legal compliance.

Ticket Souk's maximum liability in any circumstances related to services offered on the Platform will be limited to a refund of the total amount received from you for the Services, minus any applicable cancellation or refund charges.

Legal Use and User Obligations

By using the Ticket Souk Platform, you agree that your usage will be in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, both within and outside Singapore. You must not engage in any activity on the Platform that is illegal, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. This includes refraining from actions that could damage, overload, or impair the Platform, or interfere with another user's experience.

Upon registering on the Platform, you will receive a User ID and Password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of these credentials and to monitor all activities under your account. Any unauthorised use of your account should be immediately reported to Ticket Souk.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. If we have reason to believe that the information you provided is inaccurate or outdated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

The content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to, audio, images, videos, and other materials, may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You are authorised to use this content only as explicitly permitted by Ticket Souk and must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without express permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticket Souk, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any related agreements.

Liability and Limitations

While Ticket Souk endeavours to ensure that all information on the Platform is accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. The Platform and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Platform will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services, less any applicable fees or charges.

Compliance and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
